1. Placing Your Order

Your order is subject to our Terms and Conditions and website Usage Policy. You may place your order directly via our website, or by telephone or post.

2. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£ British Pounds) and include V.A.T. at 20% or the appropriate rate. We reserve the right to discontinue a line or change the price at any time.

3. Payment for Your Order

You may pay for your order by Credit Card, Debit Card or cheque. We will not charge your Credit or Debit Card until your order is despatched. Please make cheques payable to ‘High Flyers Clothing’ and write your name, address (including post code) and cheque card number clearly on the back of your cheque. Our delivery charges apply to mainland UK addresses only. Customers requiring delivery outside of mainland UK must contact us to confirm postage and packing costs before placing their order.

4. Delivery of Your Order

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your order. We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt, but in the event of your item(s) being temporarily out of stock, your order may be delayed. Orders paid by cheque require 5 working days for clearance of funds before they can be dispatched. If your order is undelivered and returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee for sending the goods out again.

5. Cancellation of Your Order

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. To cancel your order, please either telephone us or send an email to us with the order number and your instruction to cancel. If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant item(s) and send them back to us. If we do not receive the item(s) back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days after we receive your notification.

6. Refunds or Exchanges

(a) Returns

If you return any unsoiled item(s) to us within 28 days of the delivery date (with tags and tickets still attached), you may claim a full refund (less postage costs) or alternatively request an exchange for the item(s). We recommend you insure high value parcels, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit to us.

(b) Damaged or Faulty Goods

In the event of receiving items that appear to be damaged or faulty due to a manufacturing problem, please return the item(s) to us immediately for inspection by us and, in some cases, by the manufacturer. Any item(s) deemed to have a manufacturing fault will be replaced free of charge.

6. Stock Control and Price Changes

We aim to keep a full selection of all of our stock, but in the event that you order an item that is out of stock, we will advise you promptly and recommend an alternative item where possible. If you wish to order an item that is not shown in our online shop, please contact us direct.
